Plot Summary
Michael Trevor is a notorious blackmailer who targets American tourists in Paris. After succeeding with his latest target, Harry Taylor, he sets his sights on Taylor’s niece, Mary. Unfortunately for Michael, as he gets to know Mary he begins to fall in love with her, making it more difficult for him to swindle her.
