Plot Summary
Maggie, a department store stock girl, falls in love with her co-worker, Joe. In reality, Joe is the son of the store’s wealthy owner that is forced to work to prove his independence. Joe’s parents disapproves of his relationship with Maggie, because they have arranged for him to marry socialite, Millicent. Joe’s meddling family cause problems for him and Maggie, and the couple fights to keep their romance alive in the face of adversity.
