Plot Summary
Mrs. McNitt hires drama teacher Clifford Figfield to organize a charity pageant, in the hopes that her daugher, Phyllis, will marry rich bachelor Larry. However, Larry is in love with Mrs. McNitt’s stepdaughter, Sally. Mrs. McNitt tries (and fails) to make Phyllis the object of Larry’s affections.
